Exuma. It sits 20 yards from the water and looks out on white sand beaches and deep blue
waters. Expect privacy without being too far from the comforts of civilization. It is an
ideal getaway for people who are searching for peace and quiet away from the bustle of a
large resort.

Silver Beach stretches out in both directions, offering three miles of white sand beach
to walk and explore. You can go for days without seeing anyone else. The beach is protected
by reefs, providing calm waters with waves rarely higher than 1-2 feet. There is a spectacular
coral reef located 50 yards south of the house, roughly 20 yards out from the shore
(depending on the tide). The reef is great for snorkeling if you love to be surrounded
by colorful tropical fish.

Georgetown is a quaint village where you can find amenities of all kinds including bars,
restaurants, stores, a hospital, and a bank. If you need some basic supplies, there is a
convenience and liquor store located 1.5 miles south of the house.
